Our two-year baking and pastry arts management program is crafted specifically for aspiring culinary professionals. The curriculum blends foundational pastry techniques with advanced patisserie instruction alongside essential business management training.

Students gain hands-on experience in our cutting-edge baking laboratories, mastering key industry competencies. The program covers: artisanal breads and morning pastries; custom cake design; chocolate work and candy making; dessert presentation; traditional and contemporary tarts, entremets, and petits fours; layered doughs and viennoiserie; frozen desserts; and decorative sugar artistry.

Qualification: Ontario College Diploma
Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), or equivalent, or 19 years of age or older with mature student status.
