Develop the expertise and practical training needed to thrive as a chef, cook, or culinary manager through our two-year Culinary Management (H100) diploma program—located in downtown Toronto amidst Canada's finest dining establishments. Through interactive demonstrations, hands-on kitchen labs, classroom instruction, and immersive learning, you'll acquire the essential skills to begin your career in culinary arts or management. The curriculum explores current culinary innovations including farm-to-table practices, nutritional science, and global gastronomic influences. Additionally, you'll cultivate interpersonal abilities crucial for culinary success and leadership competencies necessary for business operations. A work placement component offers valuable exposure to professional kitchens and mentorship from industry experts.

This program fulfills all in-school requirements for the Cook Apprenticeship program under Ontario's Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development (MLITSD).

Applicants are selected on the basis of their academic achievement, including the required courses, and any other selection criteria outlined below.

OSSD (Ontario Secondary School Diploma) or equivalent
Grade 12 English (C or U)

Mature students may take the Admissions Assessment for English OR may consider upgrading to achieve the credit needed in English.

IELTS - 6.0, minimum 5.5 in each skill band. TOEFL iBT - 80 (online) minimum 20 in each skill band.
