Receive immersive kitchen training at Fanshawe's teaching restaurant, The Chef’s Table, strategically located in downtown London near prospective employers. For those seeking advanced training, you can transition into the second year of Cook II Apprenticeship, Culinary Management, Nutrition and Food Services Management, or the second term of Baking and Pastry Arts Management to earn dual qualifications.
Fanshawe College's Culinary Skills program opens doors to the fast-paced, rewarding world of professional cooking. Graduates of the Culinary Skills Certificate can advance their education by entering the second year of the Culinary Management program. Here, students gain real-world experience through externships, study artisanal cuisine, master restaurant operations, and develop leadership and business skills.
OSSD with courses from the College (C), University (U),
