The curriculum combines online and intensive in-person sessions to deliver essential business and leadership training, including financial management, HR principles, health equity, Truth and Reconciliation in healthcare, funding applications, and organizational change. A culminating capstone project will help you apply your newly acquired knowledge. Structured for working professionals, this two-semester program primarily features flexible online coursework, with occasional in-person sessions focused on collaborative projects, curriculum reinforcement, and fostering connections among peers and instructors.
Students applying to Health Care Management must meet the following requirements:
Ontario College Diploma, Ontario College Advanced Diploma, Degree, or equivalent in a health-related field.
