The Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation (IHPME) educates Canada's next generation of healthcare leaders and scholars through its research initiatives and graduate degree programs, along with participation in various interdisciplinary collaborations. IHPME's professional programs equip students with essential knowledge, competencies, and strategic vision to take on leadership positions within healthcare. In the Health Administration program, students gain exposure to cutting-edge, research-based knowledge and practices, culminating in a Master of Health Science (MHSc) degree. Designed for healthcare professionals and administrators seeking advanced education, the MHSc program's flexible modular structure enables working professionals to earn their degree while continuing their careers. Normally, the equivalent of a University of Toronto B+ average or higher in each of the last two years of an appropriate bachelor's degree from a recognized university. Applicants are strongly advised to have some prior preparation in quantitative courses such as statistics, accounting, and economics.
Full-time, relevant work experience.

International English Language Testing System (IELTS): Required score: 7.0 (Academic) with at least 6.5 for each component.
Internet-Based Test (TOEFL iBT) Including Writing and Speaking Sections: Overall score: 93; Writing: 22; Speaking: 22
Academic English Level 60: Required score: B
Canadian Academic English Language (CAEL) Online: Required score: 70 minimum total with at least 60 in each part.
The Certificate of Proficiency in English (COPE): Required score: 76 minimum total with at least 22 in each component and 32 in writing
Cambridge Assessment English: Required score: minimum 185 overall with at least 176 in each component.
