The Health Care Support Worker (HCSW) Certificate Program equips students with essential competencies to serve as primary caregivers across diverse healthcare and mental health environments. Participants gain expertise in supporting daily activities (such as hygiene, dressing, nutrition, and mobility) while addressing emotional and social needs. This comprehensive three-term curriculum merges two specialized certificates: the two-term Health Care Assistant (HCA) program and the one-term Community Mental Health Worker (CMHW) training.
