Dalhousie University's speech-language pathology program requires three years of intensive full-time study, combining academic courses, clinical practice, and either a research project or thesis. Successful graduates earn a Master of Science (MSc) degree.
After finishing the program, graduates qualify to apply for certification from Speech-Language & Audiology Canada (SAC) and meet licensing standards in provinces where speech-language pathology is government-regulated.
