Our graduate programs maintain a selective and intimate environment, usually enrolling eight to ten MA candidates and six to eight doctoral students. Each graduate student benefits from personalized guidance, with academic paths tailored to their specific interests. The department fosters a welcoming, intellectually vibrant, and collaborative culture. Faculty and students engage extensively—not just through coursework and regular seminars, but also in casual settings.
Research Focus Areas
Students can explore diverse philosophical disciplines, such as: ethics & metaethics, bioethics, epistemology, feminist philosophy, philosophy of mind and language, logic, philosophy of biology, alongside supported research in various historical philosophy traditions.
