This two-year diploma provides comprehensive training spanning plant propagation, soil studies, and insect science. All learning takes place at Dalhousie's picturesque Agricultural Campus in Truro, Nova Scotia.
The plant science curriculum goes beyond textbook knowledge, teaching problem-solving approaches, diagnostic techniques, and system-wide analysis. Through hands-on experience, you'll observe environmental impacts on plant development and learn optimization methods. The program also covers establishing plant-based ventures, ensuring graduates possess distinctive qualifications.
