This two-year diploma equips students for careers in early childhood education and care. Combining hands-on classroom instruction with practical work placements, learners will gain the abilities to collaborate with families, peers, and local organizations to create, deliver, and assess inclusive play-based educational programs. With a strong foundation in child growth and responsive teaching methods, participants will engage with college-affiliated childcare centers, kindergarten classes, licensed early education facilities, and community partners to effectively blend academic knowledge with real-world application.
