This program equips graduates for fulfilling careers in mechanical repair and maintenance within the manufacturing sector. It offers engaging practical and theoretical training, helping students develop essential technical abilities, knowledge, and professional attitudes for success in manufacturing careers. The curriculum focuses on building robust trade competencies such as technical documentation, AutoCAD proficiency, advanced workplace safety, and core maintenance operation skills. Aligned with Ontario's apprenticeship standards, the program fulfills all Level 1 and 2 requirements for industrial mechanic millwright training. Graduates pursuing this apprenticeship path may bypass in-school training and exemption exams for these initial levels.
