Graduates from CapU's Paralegal Certificate or Diploma programs who maintain a minimum B average can apply for part-time admission to the Bachelor of Legal Studies (Paralegal) program during any of the three enrollment periods (Fall, Spring, or Summer).

Program objectives
Develop skills to analyze legal issues by recognizing pertinent legal domains and research sources for legal evaluation.
Acquire proficiency in researching statutes, judicial precedents, and supplementary legal resources.
Present legal research findings in proper formats with coherent analysis and well-supported conclusions.
Master effective communication in legal settings, including case presentations, client interviews, and group discussions.
Develop expertise in preparing, drafting, and finalizing legal documents such as court filings, estate planning instruments, corporate paperwork, and property transaction documents.
