Designed for professionals already employed in early childhood education (ECE), our unique alternate delivery model stands alone in Ontario. With at least six months of ECE experience, this five-term program provides a blend of online instruction, guided learning, and short intensive in-person sessions, enabling you to earn your diploma while maintaining employment.

You'll establish core understanding that play is fundamental to children's learning. This play-centered educational philosophy, paired with a culturally-responsive setting, fosters inquisitive, skilled, and confident young learners. You'll examine methods for creating and sustaining an engaging educational space that supports holistic child development from infancy through age 12.
