Sustainable farming needs to be approached through three key dimensions:Environmental: Minimizing ecological harm while fostering diverse agricultural ecosystems.Social: Providing nutritious food access, assisting agricultural workers, advancing education, and preserving culinary heritage.Economic: Strengthening regional food networks, boosting local economies, and ensuring financial viability for eco-conscious farms.Additionally, sustainable agriculture requires resilience – the capacity to prevent, bounce back from, and adjust to unexpected challenges, whether environmental (such as droughts or storms) or societal (like pandemics).
