Trent's innovative Sustainable Agriculture & Food Systems (SAFS) program prepares students to tackle the increasing global need for nutritious, accessible, and environmentally friendly food solutions. Enrolled in this program, you'll gain comprehensive knowledge about food systems - from cultivation and supply chains to consumption patterns both locally and internationally. Whether pursuing a B.A. or B.Sc. degree, you'll engage in practical sustainable farming and ethical approaches, especially at the Trent Experimental Farm, while acquiring skills to shape future food systems that are equitable, sustainable, productive, and economically sound.
