In the Bachelor of Nursing program, you'll gain hands-on experience applying classroom knowledge to real-world settings. Through 21 weeks of clinical placements across hospitals, aged care centers, and community health facilities, you'll fully engage with nursing practice to become job-ready. You'll deepen your understanding of how cultural, social, economic, legal, and ethical factors shape the nursing field. These insights will prepare you to take on greater responsibilities in patient care management.
Applicants need to have achieved the required score in a qualification equivalent to the completion of 13 years of schooling in Australia.
In order to succeed in your chosen course, it is assumed you have completed relevant subjects in your senior high school studies or other relevant qualifications. This is particularly important for degrees which have a strong basis in Mathematics or Science.
