The Bachelor of Nursing's Enrolled Nurse to Registered Nurse Pathway offers a streamlined two-year full-time program (or part-time equivalent) for qualified enrolled nurses aiming to become registered nurses. This specialized route enhances students' professional background through targeted conversion courses, complemented by comprehensive training in nursing practice, biological sciences, and social sciences. Learners gain access to cutting-edge educational facilities featuring interactive teaching tools and modern simulation labs. Practical experience is provided through Work Integrated Learning placements across diverse healthcare environments, subject to availability and supervision. Eligibility requires completion of an ANMAC-recognized qualification such as the HLT51612, HLT51607, HLT54121, or HLT54115 Diploma of Nursing, along with current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse. Important: Some coursework may involve intensive sessions at Gold Coast, Lismore, or Coffs Harbour campuses.
