The program offers specialized tracks in Dento-maxillofacial Radiology, Endodontics, Oral Medicine, Orthodontics, Periodontics, Prosthodontics, and Pediatric Dentistry, all taught by expert practitioners. Specialization availability depends on annual openings during the initial enrollment period. Graduates of the DClinDent program qualify for specialist dental registration with relevant authorities in Australia and New Zealand. Our facilities feature cutting-edge digital technologies such as CBCT, CADCAM, and 3dMD, alongside rotary endodontics, surgical microscopes, and advanced research equipment.
The DClinDent combines coursework with a supervised research component. Studies encompass biostatistics, research methods, oral and maxillofacial imaging, clinical dental specialties, and discipline-specific research. The curriculum blends lectures, weekly seminars, journal discussions, clinical practice, and guided research. Cross-disciplinary learning and research options are provided. The research methodology and project constitute 25% of the program's requirements.
