This dual degree program offers high-achieving school graduates the opportunity to complete a three-year Bachelor of Science followed by a four-year Doctor of Medicine (MD). Australia's food and beverage sector represents the largest employment area within manufacturing, with its significance expected to rise alongside increasing global food demands. The Food Science curriculum includes introductory courses in biology, chemistry, and statistics; intermediate coursework covering food science fundamentals and biochemistry; plus advanced studies in food processing, food chemistry & biochemistry, food technology & biotechnology, and product innovation.
