The Food Science program builds upon basic studies in biology, chemistry, and statistics; includes key intermediate courses covering food science fundamentals and biochemistry; and advances to specialized subjects in food production methods, food chemistry & biochemistry, technological applications in food science, and innovation in food product creation.
