At the postgraduate level, you'll learn specialized approaches for preventing and managing oral health issues while creating tailored dental treatment strategies.
The Oral Health Centre at UQ's Herston campus offers dedicated facilities for treating patients with special needs. Clinical training occurs across multiple settings, including the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital's medical and surgical departments, other Brisbane teaching hospitals, and affiliated public dental clinics.

Hold an approved degree in dentistry from UQ (or equivalent) with a minimum two years of graduate clinical experience and be registered as a dentist with the Dental Board of Australia.Please note that due to limited places, entry is competitive and not all applicants who meet the entry requirements are offered a place.The minimum GPA to be considered for admission into this program is 4.0.
