Mechatronics specialists engage with every phase of smart machine development - from initial design and evaluation to production in sectors like robotics, healthcare technologies, human-computer interfaces, industrial automation, drone systems, and educational applications. At UNSW Engineering, you'll cultivate interdisciplinary expertise in mechanical systems, electronics, and programming. Our curriculum covers the entire lifecycle of intelligent devices, including their creation, engineering, assembly, upkeep, system integration, and troubleshooting. These devices range from industrial robots and household appliances to imaging systems, automated testing equipment, and smart transportation.
This undergraduate program enhances your expertise in domains such as building automation, computerized industrial systems, production technologies, robotic systems, and self-operating vehicles.
