The Bachelor of Arts and Social Sciences (Honours) is a 48-unit advanced undergraduate program designed for high-achieving students, equivalent to one year of study. The Dance Studies Honours program entails completing 48 units, which equates to one year of full-time study or two years part-time.
This program combines seminar participation with a research project or thesis. It includes 18 units of coursework and 30 units dedicated to a thesis/practical project. Students may choose between conducting original research culminating in a 15,000-word thesis or undertaking a year-long research project involving practical work accompanied by a 7,000-10,000 word written component.
