This degree serves as excellent preparation for medical school and health professions. Approximately one-third of graduates enroll in this university's Doctor of Medicine (MD) program, comprising over half of its domestic admissions, while others pursue various graduate studies at Melbourne.

Established at the University in the 19th century, our undergraduate Psychology curriculum offers flexible, comprehensive training across the discipline. This program prepares graduates for careers requiring behavioral insight, including health services, education, corporate sectors, and public policy. An APAC-accredited Psychology major provides the essential foundation for professional psychology registration and is the preferred route for research psychology careers.
