This program covers various topics to enhance your knowledge of human nutrition and explore potential health-related academic paths. Ideal for health science students seeking to focus on nutrition or those preparing for the Master of Nutrition and Dietetics who require foundational coursework.
Applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
a) a completed bachelor degree in science, or a related discipline*,
b) two degree level units in chemistry,
c) two degree level units in human biology and human physiology.
* a related discipline includes health, science, applied science.
Assumed knowledge
It is highly desirable that students have completed introductory statistics.
To be eligible you must have an overall IELTS Academic score (or equivalent) of 7.0, with no band score below 6.0. TOEFL iBT: Overall score of 94 with: R: 13; L: 12; S: 18; W: 21; Pearson Test of Academic English: 65 with no skill score below 50; Cambridge English Scale: 185 with no sub-score below 169; Occupational English Test: No grade lower than 'B' in any of the sub-tests
