This program, provided by the Nursing and Midwifery department, equips nurses and midwives with the expertise needed for leadership positions across various specialties such as healthcare administration, teaching, crisis response, palliative care, trauma nursing, and advanced midwifery. Participants will gain specialized knowledge and leadership capabilities in advanced practice, including competencies to design, execute, oversee, and assess healthcare services, along with the aptitude to develop policies for culturally diverse populations. Alumni secure prominent roles across numerous general and specialized clinical, educational, and healthcare settings, making meaningful contributions to individual, family, and community wellbeing while advancing the nursing and midwifery fields.
