The curriculum blends Western classical and jazz theory with practical application, while exploring music across diverse cultural, historical, and professional contexts. Electives span from jazz composition to digital music production, East Asian musical traditions to conducting, enriching both core and specialized studies. Whether focusing on Music Performance, Popular Music, or Composition and Creative Music Technology, you'll be driven to reach your highest potential. The program culminates with a final assessment—a performance on your principal instrument or voice, a composition portfolio, creative music technology project, or research work.
