Graduates receive two distinct degrees: either a Bachelor of Art History and Curating or a combined Bachelor of Fine Art and Bachelor of Arts. The Art History and Curating track immerses students in artistic appreciation and origins while providing practical exhibition development experience and professional curatorial internships. This specialization explores Asia's growing global influence across cultures and economies - essential knowledge for professionals navigating the Asian Century. Through interdisciplinary, research-driven study, students analyze historical, political, social, economic, and cultural dimensions of Asian societies, with emphasis on China, Japan, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, and South Asia. All coursework is conducted in English, making this major ideal for pairing with Asian language studies.
