A bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, quantity surveying or construction or an international equivalent. 240 credit point pathway (2 years): Successful completion of a 4 year Bachelor degree in engineering, architecture, quantity surveying or construction. 180 credit point pathway (18 months): Successful completion of a 4 year Bachelor degree in engineering, architecture, quantity surveying or construction. Eligibility to be assessed on a case by case basis by the school. 120 credit point pathway (12 months): Successful completion of a 4 year Australian Bachelor degree (or its equivalent) with honours in engineering, architecture, quantity surveying or construction or international equivalent.
