The Master of Building Surveying program enables students to enhance their expertise in building surveying. Participants learn from leading academics and seasoned professionals. The curriculum includes two specialized subjects along with six core subjects common to all students. By completing four additional postgraduate electives, you can earn your Master of Building Surveying degree. Successful completion of a recognised Bachelor degree (or equivalent qualification) in a related field (building, civil/structural engineering or architecture)
OR Successful completion of a Bond University Graduate Diploma of Building Surveying.
English language proficiency requirements:
International English Language Testing System (IELTS): Academic Overall score 6.5 with no sub score less than 6.0
Test of English as a Foreign Language Internet-Based Test (TOEFL iBT): Overall score 79 (no scores below 21 in Writing, 18 in Speaking, and 16 in Reading and Listening)
Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic: Overall score 58 with no Communicative Scores below 50
