Graduates qualify to register with the Queensland College of Teachers. The Early Childhood Major holds accreditation from the Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority. Career opportunities include teaching positions in Queensland's independent, Catholic, and state school systems, as well as international schools, with potential advancement to leadership roles like department head or principal. Alternatively, graduates can pursue diverse career paths such as: corporate or government training, outdoor education programs, adult literacy initiatives, library services, educational research, policy development, or consulting roles.
