Drama provides a solid foundation in theater theory and hands-on performance workshops covering movement, vocal techniques, improvisation, and Stanislavski's methods. Pursue your love for dramatic arts through South Australia's most longstanding program of its type. Flinders alumni have achieved success as acclaimed actors, filmmakers, directors, cinematographers, editors, producers, and writers.

The Drama major delivers comprehensive training in both theatrical and screen performance, spanning from classical Greek drama to Shakespearean works to contemporary experimental forms. Students gain practical experience in movement, voice work, improvisation, and Stanislavski's techniques through workshops and classes—utilizing specialized facilities like the 425-seat Matthew Flinders Theatre, dedicated dance and voice studios, television production spaces, and a versatile black-box studio.
