This program helps Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) professionals enhance their ability to design, implement, and assess WHS interventions through evidence-based approaches. The first year covers coursework from the Graduate Diploma of Health (Workplace Health and Safety), while the second year strengthens research capabilities. During your research project, you'll collaborate with an academic supervisor to analyze a WHS intervention in a real workplace setting. The program's flexible structure enables you to balance work commitments while engaging with your supervisory team. Offered exclusively part-time (4-year duration), it also provides graduate certificate and diploma pathways. Note that certain subjects require mandatory on-campus sessions.
