The Master of Professional Information Technology program equips students with both theoretical foundations and practical technical and communication abilities essential for IT careers. Participants will develop crucial research and analytical capabilities. The curriculum offers specializations in networking, data science, AI, software development, or cybersecurity, complemented by hands-on work experience subjects that conclude with an industry placement.
To be eligible for admission to this course applicants must meet the minimum entry criteria listed below:
Applicants without an equivalent tertiary qualification will be admitted via Graduate Diploma in Professional Information Technology pathway. For admission to the Graduate Diploma, applicants are required to have a minimum of a 3 years tertiary qualification equivalent to an Associate Degree. Upon successful completion of the Graduate Diploma, students will then be eligible for admission to the Master of Professional Information Technology and receive credit for applicable subjects.
