Bond University's accelerated trimester schedule simplifies pursuing a dual degree. Remarkably, you can earn two qualifications here faster than completing a single degree at most institutions. The combined Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science and Master of Nutrition and Dietetic Practice allows you to qualify as an accredited practicing Dietitian (ADP) in merely four years. The undergraduate program examines human movement science and its application to elite performance and athletics. You'll gain expertise in health and physical activity, covering wellness in aging, disease prevention, athlete development, public health initiatives, and nutritional science - creating a solid base for the subsequent master's program. The Master of Nutrition and Dietetic Practice represents Australia's most advanced qualification in this field, being an AQF extended Level 9 master's program. Students enjoy an extensive 20-week research placement emphasizing global nutrition perspectives, plus 24 weeks of hands-on training in conventional practice areas like clinical dietetics. Our program charter helps students meet accreditation standards before professional practice. Combining these degrees at Bond lets you investigate diverse subjects including human biology, biochemical processes, movement mechanics, skill acquisition, along with sports nutrition and training program design for both athletes and general populations.
