An honours degree is a one-year advanced program that expands on undergraduate education through an intensive research component. Admission to the honours program is merit-based and highly competitive. Applicants must have achieved at least a distinction average in either the Bachelor of International Development or their International Development major. Departments typically accept applications during October and November each year.
