The Nurse-Midwifery program equips students to become skilled midwives delivering family-focused primary healthcare. Currently, the demand for midwives has reached unprecedented levels. Our curriculum is built on core principles regarding healthcare for women and all individuals. We uphold that everyone deserves access to safe, culturally sensitive medical care. Midwifery promotes natural life processes through education, assistance, and secure clinical methods. When necessary, midwives can act as advocates while fostering client independence, enabling women and all individuals to cultivate health and wellbeing. Additionally, our midwifery program promotes healthcare through cooperative, interdisciplinary methods that foster ongoing care and fulfilling patient-provider relationships.
