The curriculum is tailored to each student's unique academic and career objectives. Full-time students complete 8 courses within a single academic year, with part-time enrollment unavailable. Course selection occurs each semester in collaboration with the Assistant Dean for Graduate Education. Participants may choose from Jackson School's standard course catalog as well as offerings across the Graduate School and other professional programs. M.A.S. students enjoy full access to Jackson School resources and may collaborate with faculty members and Senior Fellows affiliated with the institution.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) prior to matriculation at Yale.
English Language requirements: The minimum score on the TOEFL is 610 on the paper-based test or 102 on the Internet-based test. A score of 7.5 – 8 on the IELTS is roughly the equivalent to the required minimum.
