The Humanities undergraduate program combines wide-ranging interdisciplinary exposure with focused intellectual exploration, enabling students to craft customized academic paths by blending diverse humanistic fields. This curriculum fosters dialogues between literary works, musical compositions, historical narratives, philosophical treatises, and visual artworks, while connecting them to the evolution of thought. Humanities majors initially explore comprehensive overviews of seminal works from multiple cultural heritages, with mandatory study of classical Western European writings. The program features two unique core seminars - one examining the nature of modernity, another dedicated to intensive analysis of a specific masterpiece or compact collection. With faculty guidance, students subsequently design personalized focus areas aligned with their academic passions.
