These professionals serve as innovators and solution providers, contributing to nearly every aspect of our daily lives. Traditionally, mechanical engineering encompasses two primary disciplines. The first focuses on thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and energy systems - examining phenomena like rocket propulsion combustion, aerodynamic flows around racing vessels, or space station solar array development. The second discipline concentrates on mechanical dynamics, including calculating robotic movement paths, evaluating vehicle vibration and acoustics, and determining structural stresses in aircraft wing designs.

Qualification Requirements
To apply to Wright State University, you must have earned a certificate of completion from a secondary education school that would allow you to attend university in your home country. You should have studied mathematics and science subjects at the secondary level.
All transcripts must be submitted directly to your student application portal with university grading scale used to confer degree.

You must have a 2.5 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) and a minimum score of English proficiency from one of these tests:

SAT combined score of 510 on the evidence-based reading and writing portion.
Students who show proof of successful completion of an Intensive English Program from an accredited Institution or program accepted by international admissions are exempt from the requirement to take an approved English Proficiency exam.
