Mechatronic engineering is a rapidly expanding interdisciplinary discipline that combines mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, and control theory. Students completing the Bachelor of Science in Mechatronic Engineering gain the skills to develop autonomous technologies including self-driving vehicles, industrial automation solutions, and advanced robotic systems.
Students must have a completion of a university-preparatory secondary/high school program with a 3.0 (B in the U.S. system) or "Very Good" GPA.
University-preparatory mathematics courses include beginning algebra, geometry, and intermediate algebra. All must have passing grades (C or better, or the equivalent)
