This focus area caters to Chemistry majors pursuing careers in medicine, dentistry, or veterinary medicine post-graduation. The program guarantees students receive top-tier academic preparation and advising for their professional school applications. Required courses extend beyond the Chemistry major curriculum, encompassing mandatory prerequisites for these professional programs plus valuable supplemental coursework. The curriculum features a sophomore/junior-year seminar that acquaints students with professional school admission criteria, helping them craft personalized strategies to enhance their graduate school prospects.
