Within the application you will be prompted to upload an unofficial transcript from each institution attended If admitted you will be asked to provide official transcripts
Additional application materials are specified below Applications will not be forwarded to the department for review until all required materials have been received by the Graduate School
A baccalaureate degree in Communication Sciences and DisordersSpeechLanguage Pathology and Audiology from an accredited US college or university or an equivalent degree from a foreign university completed within the past 8 years
Three 3 Letters of Reference
The CSD department suggests that at least 2 of the 3 letters of reference be from professors who can speak to your academic skills
Onepage resume outlining educational background awards relevant employment and volunteer experiences
Statement of Purpose

Submit a onepage statement describing your story This is your opportunity to expand on your background highlight unique experiences challenges and triumphs and illustrate how your experiences have shaped and supported your growth as a future speech language pathologist
3.0 GPA
Students who are not native speakers of English must demonstrate competence in written and spoken English This can be done by submitting a satisfactory score on the international TOEFL taken within one year of the date of application A minimum composite score of 600 is required for the paper-based test, the scaled score for the computer-based test is 250, the Internet-based minimum score is 100. The TOEFL scores must be on file in the Graduate School prior to receipt of the application for graduate study.
