The Management and Leadership program is perfect for students aiming to strengthen their innate abilities with universally sought-after skills. Through this major, you'll cultivate leadership capabilities while building expertise in management, collaborative problem-solving, and ethical judgment. You'll immediately put these skills into practice through campus leadership positions and hands-on learning experiences. Modern enterprises, spanning both commercial and nonprofit sectors, require professionals who can energize teams, make strategic decisions that benefit organizational sustainability, and address challenges with speed and precision. Effective leaders must also possess comprehensive business knowledge across disciplines like accounting, finance, marketing, and data analysis. Earning a BSBA with a Management and Leadership specialization from our AACSB-accredited College of Business provides the broad commercial foundation and targeted competencies needed for leadership positions.

Your coursework will include essential subjects like Human Resources Management and Project Management, along with business law and managerial communication strategies. Practical experience comes through internships and involvement in the Management Association or our extensive network of student organizations. Unique opportunities include networking with industry executives and alumni, particularly during the senior-year Real Test simulation. For accelerated career advancement, consider our Five-year Bachelor/MS in Organizational Leadership dual degree option.
