Human Resource Management enhances organizational performance through workforce optimization. The B.B. in Human Resource Management curriculum cultivates professional capabilities vital for thriving in any organizational setting, while also establishing a strong foundation in other business functions. Graduates typically pursue careers in recruitment, training, labor relations, compensation, workplace safety, and regulatory compliance. HRM faculty highly encourage majors to participate in enriching experiences like internships, study abroad programs, or pursuing a minor.
Qualified undergraduates can pursue a combined bachelor's and master's pathway for the Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management, Management, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management leading to an MBA. This accelerated program enables high-achieving students to complete both degrees within five years.
