The nonprofit management certificate offers graduate students, regardless of their major, a sequence of business-oriented courses tailored to nonprofit leadership. These classes foster a comprehensive understanding of the strategic decision-making processes essential to nonprofit administration. Participants will gain practical skills for managing nonprofits, emphasizing both fulfilling organizational missions and achieving financial sustainability. Upon completion, graduates receive a nonprofit management certification from the Walker School of Business & Technology. This six-course program, with each class worth 3 credit hours, allows students to concentrate all assignments on a single nonprofit organization of their choosing, creating a consistent learning experience throughout the curriculum.
