Business entities drive a significant portion of global economic operations, leveraging financial markets to secure funding through both debt and equity instruments. They employ complex financial strategies like securitization, organizational restructuring, and partnership agreements to enhance their human and capital resources. The Corporate and Finance Law LL.M. program equips graduates for pivotal positions in legal practices, government bodies, and corporate legal teams. Every LL.M. specialization mandates completion of foundational courses while permitting students to choose additional subjects from a curated selection of legal offerings. Participants may also incorporate relevant courses from other academic units within Wayne State University. The program culminates with a master's thesis, developed under faculty guidance, serving as the final academic requirement.
