The Entrepreneurship and Innovation specialization focuses on both theory and practice, guiding students in effectively creating and running new businesses. This program aims to provide learners with the knowledge, abilities, and hands-on experience necessary to turn concepts into tangible outcomes while evaluating the market viability of their innovations. Participants will develop skills to address distinctive challenges related to innovation, cultivate creative and analytical thinking, and learn to secure and allocate financial and human capital needed to establish, launch, and expand new enterprises. The program highlights the specific competencies needed for entrepreneurial leadership and management. The M.B.A. curriculum offers flexibility, allowing students to tailor their studies to personal aspirations through 13 available specializations. Each M.B.A. concentration demands completion of three designated courses. While applicants may indicate their preferred specialization during the admission process, any subsequent modifications—including adding or switching concentrations—can only be made after completing at least one semester of graduate coursework.
