The Nursing Education (NE) Graduate Certificate equips advanced practice nurses with the skills needed for instructional roles across academic and healthcare environments. This curriculum delivers fundamental pedagogical techniques and insights into nursing education methodologies. Participants develop a conceptual foundation for nursing instruction while acquiring relevant professional capabilities.
Students must complete the NE certificate within a three-year timeframe. The program does not permit transfer credits for graduate certificates. Candidates must maintain at least a 3.0 GPA throughout their studies. All academic requirements must satisfy both the college's regulations and the Graduate School's standards for advanced scholarship and degree conferral.
