To grasp global history, conflicts, and peacemaking, few fields rival Religious Studies. Though these degrees can prepare students for religious vocations, their relevance extends much further. They cultivate abilities in intercultural dialogue, compassion, attentive observation, and making connections across disciplines.
Wake Forest offers a unique nationwide program through its Religion and Public Engagement concentration. Here, learners translate academic insights into real-world impact via research initiatives, service-learning experiences, and for-credit internships. The program has historically enabled student placements ranging from Winston-Salem's urban core to correctional facility ministries in South Africa.

Certified transcripts are required from each secondary school, college or university attended. A record of at least four years of schooling is needed in order to evaluate the application. Detailed information concerning courses taken and grades received must be listed on these records. If necessary, transcripts should be translated into English with the originals sealed and attached.
